Making the gym more enjoyable and less intimidating
If you've ever felt out of your comfort zone at gyms, you aren't alone. Between being a little self-conscious and not knowing a great deal about lifting technique, people fear putting themselves in that kind of environment. By working with a trainer, you eliminate some of that intimidation by gaining support and encouragement from that professional.

Normalize gyms for children
Imagine a world where adults didn't shy away from going to gyms because as children, this behavior was viewed as a positive way of life. You can achieve this by showing children at an early age that their mom is confident and happy training at the gym. Bring them to the gym while you train to show them an environment that promotes activity and good health if this is your only option. They will see it as the norm and gyms will no longer illicit feelings of fear and intimidation, but rather enjoyment and confidence.
